In the past, I've focused a lot of my effort when it comes to exercise on making sure I'm going to the gym on a schedule, which has always led to me FAILING to maintain a regular routine! Now, I'm focusing more on just getting out there and MOVING, rather than making sure I'm in the gym three, four, or five days each week.
One way I love getting my sweat on is (you guessed it) playing tennis! I'm honestly still pretty awful at it, compared to an average tennis player, because I just started playing at the beginning of this year. Despite that, I run around a ton in a 1-2 hour session and work up a serious sweat while doing so. Jackson played tennis in high school and has been an awesome teacher!

Another way to effortlessly work out is by hiking. Living in Chattanooga, we hike several times a month. Some of my favorite summer hikes include the Blue Hole in Soddy Daisy and Big Soddy Gulf. Both are within 30 minutes from our house and both lead to swimming holes, which the dogs love!
One final way I've loved exercising this year is by attending Pure Barre Classes in Chattanooga! These classes are without a doubt some of the most challenging workouts I've ever done. I like the group classes, because they really challenge me to perform at my best. It's also an added bonus to have to sign up ahead of time, so you HAVE to go (no saying no at the last second!).
